- Shortcircuit Protection – When the Floor Scrubber battery’s output port of P+ and P- connector is for 20 seconds, our BMS will cut the charge current so the voltage becomes 0 and the battery stop working.
- Over-Current Protection – When the discharge current exceeds the overcurrent protection current, the protection board cuts off the discharge circuit.
- Over Voltage Protection – When the voltage of the LiFePO4 cell is greater than or equal to the single cell overvoltage protection value, the BMS will ask the LiFePO4 battery pack to stop charging.
- Over Charge/Discharge Protection – Buzzup Adopted an Imported MOS tube. Our BMS has double protection function. And it has the characteristics of low internal resistance, high current, and low heat advantage. This is to protect the safety of the Floor Scrubber lithium battery and prevent the battery from over-discharging, over-charging, and over-current protection.
- Cell Balance Protection – Our Self-developed BMS has an equalization function, high efficiency, and low power consumption. Adjusting the voltage difference between the battery cells allows the voltage between the single cells to be kept within a reasonable range to prolong the Floor Scrubber lithium battery life.
